On Site 03 | Holz Ziegel Lehm – Pilot Project Sustainable Housing Berlin

The shell construction is completed, and the interior work is in full progress: the roof of the wooden house of the living lab Holz Ziegel Lehm in Berlin-Alt-Britz has now been covered with in-roof solar panels – the roofing of the brick building will follow next. Here, work on the installation of the technical building services is currently underway, so that earth plastering on the interior walls can begin soon. In the wooden house, a reversible flooring is currently being laid. The straw dry construction walls and earth dry construction walls are already in place.
