The Bundesstiftung Baukultur presents its Baukulturbericht 2026/27 today at the Konvent der Baukultur in Potsdam. ZRS Architekten Ingenieure is featured with the Holz Ziegel Lehm project.
The Bundesstiftung Baukultur has submitted its seventh report on the state of Baukultur in Germany to the Federal Government. Titled “Gestalten – Prozesse, Bauen, Zusammenhalt” (Design – Processes, Building, Cohesion), the report looks at what it takes to plan and build well, and at how the built environment shapes social life.
ZRS Architekten Ingenieure appears in the report with Holz Ziegel Lehm – Pilot Project for Sustainable Multi-Storey Housing Berlin, developed together with Bruno Fioretti Marquez. The project pursues low-tech construction, circular building practices and housing sufficiency, and is conceived as a living laboratory for sustainable residential construction. The Bundesstiftung visited the project on 7 July 2025 as the opening stop of its Baukultur Sommerreise 2025.
