Saturday 29 June, 3 pm and 4pm: Architectural tour Kokoni One (German)

The guided tours are fully booked.

Every year, the Day of Architecture (“Tag der Architektur”) takes place on the last weekend in June throughout Germany. We offer two guided tours of the new Kokoni One timber construction quarter in Berlin-Pankow together with the client, Incept GmbH. The new housing estate is built in circular timber construction and has a neighbourhood-wide energy concept.

Almost 100 venues are on the programme in Berlin this year. These include Café Leo, where we were responsible for the structural design, and Tower Tempelhof, where we were involved in the refurbishment with a feasibility study, the tendering and awarding of contracts and extensive structural analyses.
